With over a decade of experience in business transformation and international market expansion, Amjath combines a hands-on, strategic approach with a passion for innovation and collaboration. His leadership spans multiple ventures, including pioneering technology-driven solutions and fostering operational excellence.
Amjath holds an MSc in Innovative Technology (Distinction) from the University of East London and brings a wealth of expertise in M&A strategy, industrial innovation, and global market operations. Gavin brings a wealth of experience in business transitions and acquisitions to Venture Britannia Group, underpinned by a robust 27-year career in the printing and M&A industries. His journey began with an engineering apprenticeship at Babcock & Wilcox, followed by a pivotal role at Kodak, where he honed his technical and managerial expertise.
In his entrepreneurial years, Gavin built and scaled a successful printing business, driving growth from £500,000 to multiple millions through a blend of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Recognising the untapped potential of mergers and acquisitions, Gavin dedicated years to mastering the art, applying his knowledge to scale businesses effectively and sustainably. Now focused on guiding others through acquisition and growth strategies, Gavin combines a data-driven approach with a deep understanding of market dynamics. At Venture Britannia Group, he leverages his expertise to identify and execute precise, value-driven acquisition opportunities, always prioritising honesty, transparency, and integrity.

Her previous experiences, including roles at the Open University and Network Rail, have honed her skills in managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating seamless communication among diverse teams.
